Migration and projectHeya Everybody!
Since I now have my own web server up and running (on a Raspberry Pi no less), I am going to migrate this site over to the new server, thus freeing up space on the old server. This means, of course, that the site may experience some disruption during the transition.
What will happen is that on Tuesday (25.06.2013), the site and the DB will be copied over to the web server. Once that is all up and running, this sub-domain will redirect to the new web server. The server has its own domain name (Ocracoke.tk) but provided all goes smoothly, that shouldn't any links bar the oldest ones.
As part of this development, I am also putting together a bug tracking software project. It is a no-frills variety but should get the job done. It will initially have a Java program to access it but a web version should be available reasonably soon. It is also a chance to flex some Hibernate skills outside of work.
